Going outside

Now it's Spring, and the weather is warming up, we're venturing into the garden a lot more. Today we had lunch in the backyard,

then Louka drew on her blackboard for the first time in months.

We've also been planting tomatoes, capsicum, corn, zucchinis and leeks, and harvesting sugar snap peas (yum).

Harbord School Spring Fair

We thought we ought to support Louka's school for next year, so we bought her an unlimited rides armband for the Spring Fair. When we got there, we couldn't find the rides it was so big! But eventually we passed all the market stalls and got to the rides. Louka went on the plane merry-go-round, the spinning cars merry-go-round, the ferris wheel, the giant slide and the dodgem cars. She had a packet of popcorn and her first try of fairy-floss (which she didn't like).
